Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Nota Bene, I discovered the essence of culinary innovation nestled away in Lviv. The on-site restaurant, Chehovych Roastery, serves a buffet-style breakfast that provides a hearty start to the day. I enjoyed sampling local Ukrainian dishes alongside traditional European fare-a delightful treat that resonates with my love for diverse culinary experiences. The lounge area was particularly inviting, offering a fragrant coffee selection, perfect for a quick break between meetings or a relaxing evening after a busy day of exploration. It allowed for connecting with fellow guests while enjoying light snacks-a nice addition to my dining adventures. That said, the hotel also has its drawbacks. The management's attitude left much to be desired, and I found the Wi-Fi slow and often unusable for my needs. Still, the clean rooms, coupled with the quiet ambiance, made my overall experience manageable. For anyone visiting Lviv, Nota Bene provides a simple accommodation option with an emphasis on culinary exploration, albeit with some service inconsistencies. It's a convenient choice, but consider your expectations carefully.
